pH Neutralization / pH Adjustment Systems for industrial wastewatertreatment

LabDELTA™
Solves Laboratory Waste Treatment Problems

Have you noticed the number of new laboratories being built today? University and High School construction is booming. Private industry is adding R&D and production laboratories everywhere. All of these labs have a need for automated waste treatment.

Wastech offers the LabDELTA™ product line for automated neutralization of laboratory waste. LabDELTA is the proven choice for strong acid neutralization, HF applications, and small waste volumes.

LabDELTA addresses the laboratory safety issue. With LabDELTA, technicians will not be dropping hot beakers or accidentally breaking glassware from unexpected exothermic acid neutralization reactions.

Laboratory waste treatment systems are seldom maintained or monitored, so corrosive waste often ends up in the sewer. LabDELTA is an automated solution which insures safe neutralization and avoids throwing acid waste down the sink. It avoids potential damage to sewer piping and eliminates the risk of regulatory violations. Learn about designing waste treatment systems for school laboratories.

Space is expensive and limited in the lab. LabDELTA is a proven design in a small footprint. Each system is custom fabricated and can be tailored to any location. Automated features, industrial quality sensors, and a complete package at a reasonable price makes LabDELTA the perfect solution.

The LabDELTA™ System

Start with Wastech's flexible standard packages. These are available in either 2, 4 or 6 gallon batch designs or 1, 2 or 3 gpm continuous designs. Single or two-stage neutralization is possible. Counter-top collection systems are also available. Each system offers a variety of options.  These include integrated pump lift stations, chemical supply monitoring, equalization tanks, and creative alarm reporting and data collection.

LabDELTA means quality. This includes "tank within a tank" construction for double containment safety, an all-PP design for corrosion resistance, and industrial grade components, sensors and pH probes for reliable operation.
