XENO™ PLC Software
for
Neutralization

Being experts in neutralization, Wastech has developed the best PLC control program, code named XENO™, available today for process automation. Nothing like it exists elsewhere on the market!

XENO Software offers assured chemical treatment using automated closed loop control, and a lot more:

  • Remote system viewing and support via the Internet using Wastech's HelpNET online support system.

  • Data logging on paper strip charts (either circular or strip), paperless chart recorders (such as Monarch), or digital data loggers.

  • Communication options for monitoring via SCADA or Ethernet PC-based systems.

  • Alarm management using email alerts, beeper alerts, or cell phone paging.

  • Multiple-stage operation for strong acids and caustics.

  • pH probe management even with three probes per tank, with polling of all probes for more reliable measurement.

  • Operator screens for detailed local information. Programming can be in English, Spanish or other languages.

  • Operator touchscreens for reliability and easy operator control.

  • Graphical process status displays in real time on large color touchscreens.

Use with OMEGA™ Systems

XENO software is now an integral part of Wastech's OMEGA systems, which provide automated waste treatment, prevent waste discharge violations, and lower operating costs. In addition to providing closed loop process control, XENO software looks for variances in the output signal of pH probes to predict sensor failures, and it alerts the operator when drift demands immediate calibration. Multiple pH probes per tank are supported.

No one is as strong as XENO in managing a waste treatment process!
