Wastech Controls manufactures complete high-purity and sanitary process systems from design engineering
through fabrication and testing for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical
industries. Complete systems are shipped on time, tested and packaged to
SEMI or ISPE standards.
Wastech Controls will take European and Asian
products and redesign them to US or SEMI standards using modified SCADA
software, new HMI programming, Allen Bradley components, and touchscreen
controls. All sensors and instruments are fully integrated by Wastech
engineers. Experienced welders fabricate PVDF-IR piping in our Class 1000
clean room, with the final assembly tested to SEMI standards. Fab conditions
with DI process water and high purity gasses.
